It satisfies me a lot witnessing how relationships deepen with internal teams and external stakeholders alike. I also find immense joy in leading legal teams and tackling challenges head-on to &#8220;get things done.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While my early experiences in private practice gave me valuable insight into the legal profession, I quickly realized that going in-house would allow me to work closer to the crossroads of law and business, directly influencing entrepreneurial decisions. My career has consistently revolved around international legal generalist roles \u2013 and for some reason always for US companies whether private equity-owned or publicly traded.
