into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you will make an impact by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Review and negotiate commercial contracts, and provide counsel on legal compliance &nbsp;with a focus on a large environmental remediation project<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Engage with external stakeholders and authorities, provide legal representation, and maintain company interests<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Offer legal advice to 3M Belgium\u2019s different business teams and support functions, manage claims and litigation, and instruct outside counsel<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and build strong working relationships<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Analyze legal issues, identify risks, and develop strategies to protect company interests and counsel regarding regulatory compliance<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-96843bb\" Expertise&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Fluent in Dutch and English<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Significant post-qualification legal experience, including experience as Belgian attorney-at-law<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Effective communication across all levels, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to engage with stakeholders, and collaborate within the team<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, proactive in identifying risks and offering practical solutions<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Good level of French<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Experience in environmental law<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Ability to work
