You will report directly to the Legal Manager of Protime.<\/p>\n<p>Our legal team delivers proactive, pragmatic legal support and advice to the Protime Group, with a strong focus on\u00a0<strong>commercial law, contract law, and IT law<\/strong>. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to help drive strategic projects across the group, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our growing business.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>This is what you see yourself doing?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our Legal Manager based in Belgium to support the Protime business across a broad spectrum of legal matters. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to help drive strategic projects across the group, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our growing business.<\/p>\n<p>You will be part of a dynamic and close-knit legal team providing legal guidance across all European countries where Protime operates.<\/p>\n<p>As Legal Counsel, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Advise internal stakeholders<\/strong>\u00a0in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Spain on a wide range of legal matters, including risk assessments, ad-hoc queries, and strategic project support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Negotiate, draft, and review<\/strong>\u00a0various commercial agreements, such as customer contracts, supplier agreements, and general terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver\u00a0<strong>accurate, proactive, and pragmatic legal advice<\/strong>\u00a0in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal support in the\u00a0<strong>management of claims and litigation<\/strong>, working closely with external experts and legal counsel.<\/li>\n<li>Offer guidance on\u00a0<strong>GDPR-related matters<\/strong>, including data protection agreements and compliance questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Develop and maintain legal templates<\/strong>\u00a0and best practices aligned with corporate standards.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess\u00a0<strong>local legislative developments<\/strong>\u00a0that may impact our operations in the respective countries.<\/li>\n<li>Support the\u00a0<strong>implementation and communication of legal policies<\/strong>, templates, guidelines, and processes, including delivering training to internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the\u00a0<strong>continuous improvement<\/strong>\u00a0of the legal department\u2019s operations and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>This is you?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You hold a\u00a0<strong>Master\u2019s degree in Belgian law<\/strong>.
