style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Montant des cotisations 2027 :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Membres (juristes d\u2019entreprise)&nbsp;: 431\u20ac\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>410\u20ac si entreprise ou groupe comptant au moins 30 membres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membres associ\u00e9s \u2013 paralegals&nbsp;: 260\u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membres associ\u00e9s&nbsp;\u2013 autres cat\u00e9gories : 364\u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Montant des cotisations 2026 :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Membres (juristes style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Une r\u00e9duction de 50% du montant est appliqu\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e si l\u2019affiliation est approuv\u00e9e par le Conseil apr\u00e8s le 31 ao\u00fbt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">D\u00e9lai de paiement&nbsp;: 60 jours \u00e0 compter de la date de la facture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">L\u2019affiliation a lieu pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la d\u00e9mission du membre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">La cotisation annuelle est due dans son enti\u00e8ret\u00e9, m\u00eame si le membre n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 actif qu\u2019une partie de l\u2019ann\u00e9e (p. ex. en cas de d\u00e9mission en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e ou de suspension d\u2019activit\u00e9 durant plusieurs mois).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Le membre veille au bon paiement de la facture, m\u00eame si la facture est adress\u00e9e \u00e0 son employeur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">En cas de non-paiement apr\u00e8s rappel, la cotisation sera factur\u00e9e directement au membre et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, il sera recouru \u00e0 un recouvrement forc\u00e9, des poursuites disciplinaires et\/ou le membre sera r\u00e9put\u00e9 d\u00e9missionnaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">Le membre est tenu de communiquer imm\u00e9diatement tout changement dans ses donn\u00e9es ou sa situation \u00e0 l\u2019IJE (changement d\u2019employeur ou de fonction, de coordonn\u00e9es professionnelles ou priv\u00e9es
