peuvent faire l\u2019objet de proc\u00e9dures disciplinaires, dont le d\u00e9roulement est d\u00e9taill\u00e9 dans le r\u00e8glement de discipline de l\u2019IJE fix\u00e9 par arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal. Les instances disciplinaires de l\u2019IJE sont ind\u00e9pendantes et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9es par des magistrats. Le pouvoir disciplinaire est exerc\u00e9, en premier ressort, par la&nbsp;<strong>Commission de discipline <\/strong>et, en appel, par la <strong>Commission d\u2019appel<\/strong>. Les d\u00e9cisions de cette derni\u00e8re peuvent faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un pourvoi en cassation.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les sanctions disciplinaires sont l\u2019avertissement, la r\u00e9primande, la suspension et la radiation.
