The webinar, which takes place on 29 October 2020 at 11:00 am, will elaborate on the remaining options for international personal data transfers outside of the E.U.<\/p>\n

Are binding rules the recipe for success? Is there hope for a third U.S. Privacy Shield? How to avoid the international data transer rules in GDPR?<\/p>\n

Stibbe’s TMT department will address a broad variety of issues, as well as all your questions<\/span>. We invite you to submit these in advance at bruwebinar@stibbe.com<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. The session will be conducted in English. Questions will be answered in Dutch, French or English, depending on the language of the questioner.<\/span><\/p>\n
