More specifically:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ensuring the organization\u2019s adherence to regulatory frameworks including general compliance obligations of a payment service provider, code of integrity, GDPR, DORA, ESG,\u2026 while supporting internal control processes and the follow-up of compliance-related action plans. You will collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance into business operations and contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing expert compliance support for the development of written procedures and controls, including the relationships between the procedures and controls of different services.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your tasks will include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-f30f341\" id=\"strong-regulatory-compliance-strong\" data-block-id=\"f30f341\"><style>.stk-f30f341 {margin-bottom:15px !important;}<\/style><h4 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>Regulatory Compliance<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure ongoing compliance with&nbsp;<strong>GDPR<\/strong>&nbsp;by supporting the DPO and the business in creating and maintaining data protection policies, records of processing, balancing tests, access rights requests and vendor oversight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide legal contractual support to the different departments in implementing and monitoring the contractual compliance with&nbsp;<strong>DORA<\/strong>&nbsp;(Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements for customers and vendors, including audits and incident reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate ESG initiatives of the different departments as well as the yearly gathering of relevant ESG data for VSME reporting and carbon footprint calculation.&nbsp; Coordinate a yearly evaluation of the&nbsp;<strong>ESG&nbsp;<\/strong>efforts, in line with the company\u2019s strategy and roadmap, including if required, a public report on sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the compliance officer for all follow up related<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-6129d41\" id=\"strong-internal-controls-amp-reporting-strong\" data-block-id=\"6129d41\"><style>.stk-6129d41 {margin-bottom:15px !important;}<\/style><h4 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>Internal Controls &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Setup within existing tools an internal control framework including risk assessments, control testing, and remediation tracking for specific compliance matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing compliance reports to senior management, audit committees and regulatory bodies (NBB, \u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-89fa182\" id=\"strong-action-plan-follow-up-strong\" data-block-id=\"89fa182\"><style>.stk-89fa182 {margin-bottom:15px !important;}<\/style><h4 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>Action Plan Follow-Up<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track and follow up on compliance-related action plans across departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and regulatory recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support change management initiatives related to compliance improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a compliance dashboard and ensure timely updates and escalation of unresolved issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-c82f0dd\" id=\"strong-training-amp-awareness-strong\" data-block-id=\"c82f0dd\"><style>.stk-c82f0dd {margin-bottom:15px !important;}<\/style><h4 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>Training &amp;
