We\u2019re looking for a commercially minded Legal Advisor to join Computacenter. You will work directly with sales, lead high-value contract negotiations, and play a hands-on role in turning opportunities into results.

You will be part of a collaborative, trusted legal team covering Belgium and the Netherlands, where you will:
\u2022 Lead complex B2B contract negotiations with large customers in collaboration with the sales team
\u2022 Assist the sales team in preparing commercial offers, ensuring that:
\u00a0 \u00a0 o Risks are fully addressed
\u00a0 \u00a0 o General terms & conditions and commercial rules are applied
\u2022 Partner with sales on contracts, offers, and RFP responses
\u2022 Draft standard contracts and support public procurement agreements
\u2022 Contribute to the development of new product and service offerings
\u2022 Identify opportunities by participating in client director meetings
\u2022 Provide legal advice that balances risk management with commercial strategy<\/p>\n
\u2022 Law degree (master\u2019s level or equivalent)
\u2022 Proven experience providing legal advisory services in a commercial B2B environment
\u2022 Strong B2B negotiation experience with large clients
\u2022 RFP expertise (highly valued)
\u2022 Experience with public procurement contracts is an advantage
\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
\u2022 Strong organisational skills and thoroughness
\u2022 Excellent writing skills
\u2022 Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
\u2022 Commercial mindset with the ability to balance opportunity and risk
\u2022 Confident working in fast-moving, customer-facing situations
\u2022 Occasionally travel to Amstelveen (NL)\/Brussels (BE) to foster on-site collaboration
\u2022 Fluent in Dutch and English required; French is a plus<\/p>\n
