Legal Business Manager

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Legal Business Manager to join its Business & Commercial Agreement team


  • Monitor and have detailed knowledge of each of the team's files
  • Validate every legal document the team produces
  • Periodically report to the CFO and Director about the team's responsibility zones
  • Develop and ensure monitoring of the templates for the subjects processed by the team
  • Depending on the importance of a file or the Team's workload, directly intervene in the management of files, writing of legal documents, consultation, dispute management, with the ability to intervene, as much as possible, in the areas of intervention of the team's legal counsels
  • With the support of the Business Legal counsels, intervene in the negotiation of commercial contracts
  • Ensure the defense of the group's interests when concluding all commercial partnerships
  • Organize periodic reporting of consultants' costs within their team, to the CFO, Finance Director and Legal&Admin Director
  • Allocate the team's budget in the most appropriate way depending on file priority
  • Monitor consultants' costs and negotiate with them to get the best budgets for the Group


  • Master's degree in law
  • 5 to 10 years experience as a company lawyer
  • Proven expertise in writing contracts, NDAs, etc.
  • C2 level in French and English. Dutch is a plus
  • Experience in people management is a plus
  • Autonomous and solution-oriented
  • Organized and thorough
