Een initiatief dat uitging van de UGent.<\/p>\n<p>Dit thema leeft binnen onze community. Het Instituut voor bedrijfsjuristen wil dan ook graag een voortrekkersrol opnemen inzake duurzaamheid omdat de bedrijfsjurist zich ook profileert als bewaker van ethiek en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen (CSR).<\/p>\n<p>De mensenrechten en ESG werden belicht vanuit verschillende invalshoeken zoals onder meer het internationaal recht, financieringsrecht en aansprakelijkheidsrecht.<\/p>\n<p>Het sluitstuk van deze interessante studiedag was een paneldebat onder leiding van prof. dr. Diederik Bruloot, hoofddocent, Instituut Financieel recht, UGent. Het was een eer voor het Instituut hier onze stem te laten horen. Ingrid D\u2019Haeyer, bedrijfsjurist en diensthoofd Banking products KBC Group Legal deelde met andere vooraanstaande panellisten haar expertise in deze materie.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrid zette heel terecht de verantwoordelijkheid in de kijker die hier te beurt valt aan de bedrijfsjurist en wees erop dat dit nu echt wel op de ondernemingstafel ligt!
