You have relevant experience (5 to 8 years) with mainly International social security and / or international employment related matters either as a consultant or as a lawyer. You communicate fluently in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.

You have a Master's degree in Law, with an additional degree in Taxation. You have 2 to 8 years of experience within a corporate tax practice, and you have extensive experience advising on M&A and Private Equity.

The General Counsel Europe will manage all legal matters within Everzinc for the relevant geographic areas, either directly or through external lawyers, in close collaboration with the local Management and the Group. He/she will be part of the global leadership.
